The Blood Type Diet
We're all different in so many ways - different hair color, different eyes, body types, skin color and, yes, even blood types. There are four main blood groups: A, B, AB and O (the universal blood donor), and depending on your blood type, you may have been using the wrong diets all along. Eat Right 4 Your Type, a New York Times bestseller, written by noted naturopathic physician, Peter D'Adamo, has changed the way many nutritionists think about food and diet.
