Why do so many diets fail? It's not just one reason, but several. Diet regimes are frequently inconvenient, restrictive, and literally leave a bad taste in people's mouths. How likely are you to stay on your diet if you keep running into obstacles? One diet plan does not fit all, so finding a diet for your body type will help you lose the pounds and be better for you than the latest trendy diets. You are what you eat!

Pick the diet plan that fits you, don't make yourself fit the diet plan. You will be able to stick to the regime and successfully lose the pounds, lower your cholesterol, and maintain your health.

Yes, I think matching a diet to s specific body type is essential. How many times do you hear of a woman who has tried dieting for years with no progression but then tries a new diet and it works.
