I've always had a fairly short (~3-3.5 weeks) cycle, but in the past few months I've been getting my period every 16-18 days. I've always had very light periods as well, typically just 2 days of moderate bleeding and no cramping or other discomfort. Is this something to be concerned about? I'm 21 years old and have never been on contraceptives.

It is not normal to have a peroid every two weeks.  Don't be concerned, it is a common problem. Usually a few cycles of birth control pills will spread your peroids back out.  Make sure you see your Gyn.
