Thanks for your reply doc but I am not seeing "the top of the uterus pushing the right side of my abdomen". As a matter of fact, only my upper belly/stomach keep growing "fatly", not like a pregnant belly, it seems like a regular fat/deformed belly while my lower belly stays very fit and hard (no bump what so ever) .

It can not be related to weight gaining because I am not even eating properly due to the extrem sickness.

I am now 15 weeks 2 days.

Sorry about this but I am very concerned.

I am 37 years old, mother of a 15 years old son.

I had a tummy tuck three years ago and today, at 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby, my belly has been growing very weird.

For the first three months the upper side of my stomach grew a lot, seems like all my guts/intestine/stomack were pushed up, making me very sick all the time, but the lower part of my belly stays flat.

Everywhere I read about pregnancy week 13/14 it says that my belly should be showing a little bump but it is not my case. Only the upper side of my stomach is growing deformedly and the lower part stays fit and hard.

I am concern that my muscle won't stretch enough to allow the baby to grow normal.

Please advise.

I have no concern about the normal growth of your baby after a “tummy tuck”. The uterus about 14 weeks will favor a right sided lie and you may just be seeing the top of the uterus (fundus) pushing the right side of your abdomen. Doc
